The Supreme Solar 200 GL Classic is a range of solar water heaters that includes a 10-year tank warranty and feature an inner tank coated with Glass Line Technology (GLT). GLT is the newest technology designed to prevent water tank corrosion caused by hard water and also eliminates unpleasant odors in the water. These models are made with Materials Semiconductor (MS) and have a Powder Coated Tank Outer Shell and Structure, making them affordable and durable.
Supreme Solar 200 GL Classic Suitable for
A family of 4 to 5 members is the ideal user for these models, and they are also great for homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms, whether they are single-floor or duplex. These systems are equipped with an air vent system to accommodate an air vent pipe. The advantage of this air vent pipe is that it prevents pressure loss from the overhead tank. The air vent pipe can reach up to 7 feet in height, but if the air vent pipe is longer, we recommend adding an auxiliary tank to protect the main tank from damage.

We now exclusively use this technology, as many cities in India rely on borewell water, which is prone to corrosion. Previously, we used copper tanks to prevent corrosion, but due to the high cost of materials, this approach was no longer feasible for production or sale. Therefore, the Glass Line Technology is a cost-effective solution that effectively prevents tank corrosion.
Supreme Solar 200 GL Classic Puff Insulation to Reduce Heat Loss
The Supreme Solar 200 GL Classic is equipped with puff insulation for all solar tanks, which helps to minimize heat loss during storage periods of over 3 to 24 hours. This means that the water heated the previous day can be used again in the morning at the same temperature. We ensure that our solar tanks have at least 2.5 inches of puff insulation to prevent heat loss.
Supreme Solar 200 GL Classic ETC Tubes
The Supreme Solar 200 GL Classic utilizes Evacuated Tube Collectors (ETC) to harness solar energy, with ETC tubes made up of three layers. The inner layer is coated with materials that absorb sunlight, the middle layer is a vacuum to prevent heat loss, and the outer layer is a glass shell that protects the inner layer of the glass tube.
The reason we developed ETC systems is because they offer higher thermal efficiency and a broader operating temperature range than traditional flat plate solar collectors. ETC systems have a longer lifespan and are more durable, able to withstand severe weather conditions. Additionally, ETC systems require less maintenance. The vacuum envelope in the ETC tubes reduces losses due to convection and conduction, allowing the collectors to operate at higher temperatures.
