Return Policy
Our return policy spans 7 days, allowing you 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return without incurring any restocking fees. Should the product be received incorrectly, a return fee of INR 5000 will be charged, or in cases of customer regret. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at uniletsolar@gmail.com. It’s important to note that returned items must be sent to the following address: Unilet Solar, No. 407, RMV Clusters, phase 2, block 2, Devi Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560094, India. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for the return process. Items returned without a request will not be accepted. If your location is outside of India, the shipping process may take longer than anticipated.

Regarding issues or damages, inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We need to assess the situation to resolve it. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products), cannot be returned. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Reach out if you have concerns about your specific item. It’s unfortunate, but we cannot accept returns on items that are on sale or gift cards.
To expedite the process of receiving your desired item, we recommend returning the item you initially received and then making a separate purchase for the new item. Your returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging, and without any wear or damage. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
